Blaine Moreau

Blaine has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications design, OSP construction, and project management industries. Under Blaine’s leadership, Media Link has successfully designed, deployed, and maintained 23 school district WAN and DIA projects since its inception. As Managing Partner of Media Link, Blaine has been pivotal in the role of engineering and permitting for Entergy fiber projects in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Blaine is an honorably discharged Veteran of the Louisiana Army National Guard and served 7 years with the rank of Sergeant E-5.
Justin Smith
OSP Manager
Justin is Media Link’s OSP Manager and is crucial in maintaining our fiber network, fiber splicing, Project Management, and permitting. In addition to the telecom experience he has gained at Media Link; Justin has a background in offshore VSAT communications and wiring in the oil industry. Justin also plays an important role in screening E-Rate opportunities for the company and leads the fiber documentation efforts for Entergy.
Howard Latiolais
OSP Engineer
Howard has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications including project management, state and local government agency permitting/coordination, and extensive GIS expertise. Howard has extensive fiber optic knowledge from the federal government, fiber-to-home engineering design and deployment, fiber optic splicing, installation training, and testing. Howard has a BSEE and MS Telecom from USL in Lafayette, LA. Currently, he works in all facets of engineering related to Media Link’s ongoing projects.
Henri’ LeDee
Network Engineer
Henri’ LeDee has a degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering with over two decades of hands-on experience in Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). Henri’ brings a multifaceted perspective to every engagement that spans diverse environments and industries, including Automation, Controls, Operations, Networking, and Systems Engineering. Henri’ leads the Media Link Network Engineering efforts while managing the interoffice IT responsibilities.
Media Link Telecom is a fully licensed telecommunications services provider in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama who also plays a pivotal role in OSP permitting for Entergy Telecom in most of the same areas.
